Sweet little house that is so cozy and comfortable it feels like home. It is exactly as pictured and it really is that adorable. It is a very short walk to the beach. The back yard is fenced in for pets or small children to play. The back screened-in porch is so relaxing. The rental company does a fantastic job of communicating and making sure you have everything you need. We loved it here!"

We stayed here back in 2021. When we decided to come back to Folly Beach this year we looked for the same place. We love this place. It's perfectly situated and an excellent set up for our needs. We cannot recommend it enough.
We had a great week staying at Green Wave! The outdoor areas were our absolute favorite. The house is in a perfect location — restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and the beach were all within walking distance. The house was very clean upon arrival, and we really appreciated all the little details throughout the home. We would 100% recommend this house to anyone staying in Folly Beach
5++ stars. We stayed five nights at this lovely condo on Folly. Things we loved: -Oceanfront with a nice shady porch to watch the beach and listen to the waves -3 big bedrooms and 3 baths -Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean -A very well stocked kitchen w nice / newer pans, utensils -Very convenient starter supplies for the kitchen and baths -Walkable to the restaurants and drivable to Charleston -The property management company was outstanding too Things we didn’t love: -Nothing
