I had an appointment today that was poor. I was there for a well woman's exam. I don’t know if it was because my appointment was later in the day and the practitioner was tired but she asked me no questions. I have had an extensive medical hx with vaginal chronic pain issues/ pelvic floor dysfunction and none of this was discussed or even asked about. I’m always seen In a timely manner, the front staff/ receptionist’s have always been professional and kind, and they answer and tend to the phones in a timely manner. Debra Bro is just the best provider and kindest dr I’ve ever had, through my entire pregnancy I’ve been so grateful to be under her care and she’s been so caring towards me and my family. Tora Gerrick was my provider from day one, and she was absolutely amazing. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were heard and addressed. My entire experience from start to finish was truly great, and I would highly recommend Tora to anyone. Of course, there were a few hiccups along the way, which is to be expected with such intense, long-term care.
