I am so grateful for the team at My OBGYN, and especially Dr. Tool for the safe delivery of my sweet daughter. Although I only had a few visits with Dr. Tool during my pregnancy, he cared for me and my baby so well during labor, not leaving our side for almost 5 hours because of variable heart rates. I am hesitant to write this review, but I feel it needs to be shared. I want to start by saying I love Dr. Coffman. I have been a patient of hers since 2018. She is kind and knowledgeable and has always treated me with dignity and respect. However, since I am no longer seeing her for obstetrical care and I am a gynecological patient, I feel as though my needs are not being met by the practice. Was given 3 hrs to labor in the hospital and during that time Dr. Tool would look at my babies heart rate on the monitor and make comments such as “I don’t like the looks of this.” or “ there’s not enough variability in your babies heart rate. This is concerning.” My babies heart rate was 140-144bpm which is not abnormal. Throughout my time laboring I felt that he purposely made it as stressful as possible and I felt rushed. I told the front desk, I'm bleeding during my 7w pregancy, if they can help me to check I can use out of state medical insurance, I dont have a physical card with me, they dont even bother to help. I dont think I can trust a place like this.
