Karen Bartrum is amazing! She helped us navigate care for our parents. Starting with suggesting medical diagnoses, current and future goals for their care, finding help to come into the home. She also facilitated help when they wintered in Florida. When time came to find a memory care unit for Dad she was right there educating us from afar. She not only looked out for our parents but she would call and check on us too, as this transition has been hard for everyone.
