OK I have been coming there since new management and I must say staff was very helpful and friendly. Had to have blood down was great can get bloods done in centre was great save me going elsewhere The nurse was great and friendly. But I must tell you if your looking for a great doctor please book with Dr Karl that's he's name which he shortened it . I have been following doctor Karl he is a fantastic doctor. WARNING about this place!! 🤬 Carrara family practice (used to be called new life medical centre) Dr Luna used to be there, she has now sold and moved to broadbeach Since the new owners took over I have attended this practice for a vit B infusion. The nurse later told me they tried to make her ring me days later to try charge me an extra $50 and apparently every patient is phoned to ‘make an extra payments’.
Terrible service with unskilled GP, 5 recurring appointments (ultrasound, wound dressing) to get a splinter out then refused to attempt the small procedure referring us to the hospital. Would not recommend.
Extremely polite and friendly.
