I have had so many issues with this place . Between cancelling at last minute, main reception not passing on information and taking 3 days of continuous calling to organize,incorrect phone call info, emails not sent on time causing massive issues, charging for over the phone prescriptions ( not due to any fault of mine) . Hard to enter/exit parking, extra long wait times. I'm not happy
I had a sick child today, couldn’t book an appointment, they still fit us in straight away, the doctor was caring and very professional. I’m very grateful to them, I would not hesitate to go to this clinic. Wonderful staff. Thank you
It is so hard to find a truly great doctor—someone who not only has the knowledge but also genuinely cares about their patients. I’ve seen my fair share of GPs over the years, but it wasn’t until I had my son that I truly came to appreciate how important it is to have a doctor who listens, understands, and shows compassion.
