Most of the car purchasing experience was decent, except for the fact that the car was sold without a functioning lock on the passenger side door. The 3 month warranty didn't cover it as warranties never cover anything. Paul offered for us to bring the car for a fix but we live a long distance from Bristol so it was inconvenient and the car should've come fully functioning anyway. So instead we got it fixed at our local garage, he ignored any messages about some form of reimbursement so overall not too good of an experience.

I have been looking for a car for my Grandaughter and having looked far and wide came across My New Car in Bristol. Wow what a fantastic used car dealership, Paul is faultless as a car salesman not pushy, an honest and genuine guy. We took it for a test drive and the Grandaughter fell in love with it. She is so happy with her new purchase, especially as some of her friends bought private and have had lots of problems with there cars. Paul gives a 3 month warranty for peace of mind.
