Dr. Miranda is really great, but what makes My Neighborhood Vet so outstanding are all the other staff members. They are fantastic.
We recently took our extremely anxious dog to Dr. Ross at My Neighborhood Vet for the first time and had the best vet experience we've had in years. He has a pretty intense sedation protocol, and Dr. Ross and team were collaborative and adaptive to his needs. This was the first time our dog was able to receive care from a vet in over 3 years after being away from previous vets. My partner and I feel beyond grateful for Dr. Ross so that we're finally able to get him the care he needs.
The staff is very attentive and kind. The vet technicians and Dr. Ross are great working with my shy cat and taking their time to try and put him at ease before starting any procedures. They were attentive to my questions and offered advice on care.
I brought in Chubby( Dog I have been fostering) for a few months now with what I suspected was an ear infection. I called in and explained my situation. From the first call to their office up until our last visit ( Monday) everyone I have spoken to or has cared for Chubby have been nothing but pleasant. I was very stressed and Anxious because she is reactive to other animals, so I was terrified about bringing her around a setting with other animals.
