I always have a great experience here! The Doctors, technicians, entire staff always treat my furbaby like a celebrity and we love this!!! They even check up on her after the appointments and are available when needed. They took my furbaby in on a busy Saturday and fit her in to ensure that she was 100% healthy and nothing was wrong. They didn’t want her going into the weekend in pain, checked in on her and reminded me about her follow up appointment. Always great service and hospitality!
I love the staff at My Neighborhood Vet! Everyone is always so kind and you can immediately tell their love for animals. It’s always easy to schedule an appointment, even when you need to get in quickly. Dr. Ross is amazing. He is so kind and thorough and does a great job with every visit.
I was very impressed start to finish with Dr. Ross and his staff. The waiting room was very quiet at the time of my appointment and I was quickly brought into the exam room. While my cat has been stressed by the vet before, the team at My Neighborhood Vet made every effort to keep him calm and I was very impressed. They were able to give vaccines and draw blood without taking my cat to the back which I was happily surprised by. I'm very glad I found My Neighborhood Vet. My cats were much calmer there than they were even at the cat-only hospital. The atmosphere is lovely and peaceful, especially in the separate cat-only waiting area; they have nice stickers on the wall that they change monthly, which gives the space such a cheerful feel. This is truly an amazing vet practice. I've taken all of my critters (dog and cats) to Dr. Ross over the years, and just recently started with Dr. Meranda for my new fur baby, Petunia Jo. From the front desk to the medical staff, this practice truly cares about their clients and parents. My previous dog was very anxious and the practice was excellent in formulating a sedation protocol and so kind in handling his quirks.
