Owen was amazing! This was exactly what I needed. I'm moving from another state and needed a place to store my items while my apartment is getting put up. I couldn't have found this place at a better time. Well structured experience, very friendly staff, and the storage units were so cleaned and well painted. Highly recommend My Neighborhood Storage Center! The staff here are friendly and helpful, we upgraded our unit size and Sam made the process seamless. The facility itself is well taken care of and is very secure.
Owen was very knowledgeable and informative, while Samantha’s kindness made the experience outstanding. The amenities were spotless, and the prices were excellent.
We just rented a unit with Sam. She is very knowledgeable and thorough in giving us all the information on a new unit. Sam is great to work with!
