I was a regular making monthly appointments for dip mani with nail art and pedicure and does about $100 each visit. I only cancelled 1 appointment in all of my time going to this establishment. I went in for my monthly appointment to be told that someone else had an appointment with the technician I was scheduled with. They claim they called me to confirm my appointment which they had never done before EVER! Me and my friend came here, i had a alright experience i felt pretty judged for asking for a design so i had to resort to basic but whatever. My friend showed a photo of a specific chrome. Was given the wrong chrome because the lady “forgot” which is whatever but days later the chrome is peeling and looks just dirty. for $60 this is pretty insane. They were able to give us a $40 gift card but still. i wouldn’t recommend this salon. Photos are from Tuesday. we got them Friday.
me and my sister got a sitter to go get some gel manis yest, i called ahead of time to make sure they had time for us and the guy said come right away so we did.
