I had an appointment Sunday., 8/30. I arrived and waited 35 minutes. I finally was seated and two different techs worked on my nails. They were both nice. I noticed that they were not whipping down the counters after each service. It was dirty. Even the outside of the garbage can was filthy. The Friday of the same week, the gel had come off on 3 fingers and a thumb. One of my nails chipped. I don’t know if it’s poor products or the technique.
