Need to learn to attend to customers o one at a time. Juggling customers so u don't miss a walk in shouldn't happen. Nails aren't cheap and I don't like the shabby jobs that get done when the manager keeps interrupting the service. If u want to do that, then drop your price or lose regulars. Your price is no different than any where else so u will lose your regulars

Great experience did a great job.
In the past (years ago) I kept getting injured by a nail tech and it took me a few times before I spoke up and they gave me a refund. Fast forward to this morning. Chenda got me in immediately. I thought my nails only had gel so I requested a gel manicure after having to get acrylics off last month but nope. Once Chenda got started she explained to me what can cause gel polish lifting and was so knowledgeable.
