I saw Jen for a full set, and it was very uncomfortable. She pressed extremely hard while filing, and it was painful throughout the appointment. She also cut me several times and it stung when she wiped off the nail color with nail polish remover. The nails she glued on were also not straight. I was not happy with the results.
I got dip on my real nails 2/13 and I advised the tech that she had missed spots with the dip and she said ok I will fix it and put gel polish on top to match the color of the dip and said this will be stronger, I didn’t like it and said if my nails mess up I’ll be coming back. Well they definitely started peeling as well as lifting on the corners of my nails and now my nails are broken, polish peeled on some fingers but a $50 service that should have lasted a month is now completely wasted not even two weeks after and they ... read more
