I saw Jen for a full set, and it was very uncomfortable. She pressed extremely hard while filing, and it was painful throughout the appointment. She also cut me several times and it stung when she wiped off the nail color with nail polish remover. The nails she glued on were also not straight. I was not happy with the results.

I got dip on my real nails 2/13 and I advised the tech that she had missed spots with the dip and she said ok I will fix it and put gel polish on top to match the color of the dip and said this will be stronger, I didn’t like it and said if my nails mess up I’ll be coming back. Do not get your nails done here. They do not offer sanitized and sterilized instruments. I asked the lady to be gentle with my pinky toe because I injured it and she kept jerking it. Ni will bever go back again.

Low quality salon. Very rude staff, particularly the 'lead' tech Ann. Always has a nasty tone. Made a health department report due to unsanitary conditions.

Vivi did my pedicure and she was amazing. She was the sweetest person ever it was so fun talking to her and she made sure to make me feel comfortable she will always be the person to go to please go to her she definitely takes her time with you and makes sure everything’s perfect!!
