I am a guy who has bitten and picked his nails for over almost 60 years. A couple of years ago a girl at another nail salon recommended she glue fake nails into my picked off "nubs" and then did a thick dip over them. The nails grew under the dip and after several months I had great nails, and stopped the picking!
