This is the best insurance company ever. They are super great at communication Had a tree fall on my house at the end of August 2026 causing damage to the roof, eavestrough and deck. At the end of August I Was assigned an insurance adjuster who originally told me that the tree that hit my house is my responsibility and tree is not covered, he then back tracked his wording after I made a huge stink about it. A tree fell down hitting my house and causing damage. Was told by my adjuster that tree that hit my house is my responsibility and they will not cover the costs of the removal of tree, was only told by my adjuster that I’m responsible for finding my own contractors. Had to clean up a tree on my own time and out of pocket expenses.
