My experience working with David and Rob has been highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Throughout the process, I encountered multiple issues, including falsified documents, a lack of transparency, and significant delays. Despite more than two months passing, my file was never submitted to underwriting, and the closing was postponed four separate times. This is the most unprofessional and difficult-to-deal-with mortgage provider I’ve ever encountered. They are extremely disorganized, and the lack of communication is staggering. On top of that, they don’t even offer online payment options. When I requested a statement, they told me they would just send an email as proof of payment—really? An email? Choosing them was a mistake that cost me a great deal of time and stress. Don’t make the same mistake—go elsewhere.
