This has been the worst experience of my career dealing with Yakiel. We were lied to and told the appraisal was ordered two weeks ago now to be told its being ordered next week. Zero communication or updates, completely left in the dark with a seller trying to move across the country. Very unprofessional and would give zero stars if possible.
My experience working with David and Rob has been highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Throughout the process, I encountered multiple issues, including falsified documents, a lack of transparency, and significant delays. Despite more than two months passing, my file was never submitted to underwriting, and the closing was postponed four separate times.
