As good as it gets
My partner and I recently purchased a home, using My Morris. Right from the start Zac was enthusiastic and very helpful throughout the process. Our process moved faster than normal and his communication lines were wonderfully open. My partner and I also experienced a very unique situation with the property prior to the actual settlement and Zac was very good at keeping communication lines open between ourselves and the sellers. Overall, the sale of my house was quick and smooth, and I’m grateful for the work the team did to achieve a good result. I do think communication could be improved. As a seller, it would have been very reassuring to receive clearer updates at each stage of the process and responses to my emails and questions. I also would have preferred to deal primarily with the agent I signed the contract with, as that personal connection is important during such a big decision.
