Fantastic nachos in amazing combinations. The salsa topping is essential to rounding out whatever mole you go with. Food truck service was amazing, delivering food to customer tables. Don’t miss them if they come to an event near you.

Had three chicken enchiladas with three mole sauces and they were fantastic! Took a random walk to the Santa Cruz Natural History Museum and there they were :)
