Yes it was! One of their certified techs came to my house, in a completely wrapped car, had ID with their name, company etc. He was very professional, and spoke to me in English, not geek-inse! It ended up working the second he came in the door. He didn't charge me, and gave me free advise and then left. About a month later i did have a major crash, and the same tech came back to see me, just as professional and happy to be here as the first time.
