Before the arrival of the mechanic, I at least could mow in first gear, now I have a completely non-running mower and they won't return calls. The owner sent me a text 20 minutes before the arrival of the tech, I told him what was wrong and his response "That information would have been useful beforehand." I was told I would get a quote on full workup, but no response at all. Completely unprofessional.
