I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at My Bimmer and Benz. The staff was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude. From the moment I called, I felt like my concerns were dismissed, and it was clear that customer service was not a priority for them. Their lack of professionalism and outright rudeness made the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. I would strongly advise against doing business with them. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service let alone customer relations of this business. I walked in today and explained to the receptionist what kind of issue my son was having with his Mercedes. At first, the receptionist acted as if she could decipher the issue, but then decided to get up and go speak to a service technician, which is what I asked for in the beginning. We happened to pull off the side of the road when we heard a loud clacking sound coming from my car. To our amazing luck the place we pulled into was this repair shop!! We went to the door to see if we could find anyone with a tool to see if we could fix the hanging piece of plastic road shield hanging down all the way under the car. We assume it was the owner who was eating lunch in the lobby and came out immediately and took our car back, lifted it up, and got the piece tacked back on and back on the road in 10 min! $57 for a plastic hood emblem is a bit much (grommets sold separately)… Waited in the parts dept while the one team member was helping someone else until the interns finally decided to try helping me. The interns were at least friendly. All in all I’d say I got the full ‘bmw experience’
If you want company that does work does not approved and then tries to charge you for it. This is your place. I couldn’t get a word in edgewise without the receptionist talking over me and telling me I approve something when I know I did not because they were too expensive.
