We have a 2010 mini Cooper and went through 3 other car shops that said they worked on mini's however they never really fixed the problem we were having and all kept saying they couldn't find anything wrong and took forever trying to fix it. When we came here, they fixed it very quickly and made sure all the correct parts and work was done well. Haven't had any problems since and are very happy with this car place. Now we know if there is a problem, they will be the first ones we call! Thanks.
This place is an absolute scam shop—beware, especially if you’re elderly or not car-savvy. I’m a former mechanic and currently helping out my older neighbor while he goes through a tough personal situation. This shop clearly saw an opportunity to exploit him financially and went full throttle. They charged $150 for a $30 cabin air filter that takes under 3 minutes to install.
