My driver, Sam, was fantastic, very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. After my hospital discharge, I had trouble with my wheelchair. Sam went above and beyond to fix the issue and get me safely home. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you!
Dear My Medical Ride, I wanted to thank you for taking me home last night, a long 4-hour ride, and on short notice, at that. Mike and Silvano picked me up at the San Francisco VA Hospital on time, and drove me to my home in Mendocino. They were very professional and saw to it that I was comfortable the entire trip, even going slow when I was a little queasy. We share a love of music and passed the time with blues, classic rock and oldies. I don't speak Spanish, but Silvano and I hit it off. Mike and I shared lots of stories.... read more
