I had to scramble to get transportation after the last company cancelled on me last minute. Mike was amazingly supportive and helpful over the phone. He reassured me that he would take care of everything and he DID. Excellent communication both over the phone and text. He makes himself available at all times and is ready to help. My driver, Sam, was fantastic, very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. After my hospital discharge, I had trouble with my wheelchair. Sam went above and beyond to fix the issue and get me safely home. Couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you!
