Can’t fault the drs but the receptionists constantly make errors on their end. No one ever picks up phone calls and each time I come I’m asked if I’ve filled out the new visitor form or have a medicare card when it should already be in their system. The blond woman Eloise is especially rude. The company’s standard to strive for is absolutely shocking if that woman is their customer service representative.
The elderly receptionist with a moon boot and harsh contour is very unfriendly. It’s an embrassment that she is the face of the practice and severely lacks customer service skills. Since the waiting room is small, we could all hear her gossiping about the other staff. I later had to explain to my son after he asked me why that lady was being so rude! EDIT: Found her on their website. Do better Eloise. There seems to be plenty of other reviews about her too
