Hi this is the Doctor that Mr. Rupert Jones has complained about. Unfortunately, i am the Doctor who runs late all the time. It is extremely unfair to all the other doctors who run on time, so i will request all those patients who are annoyed by me and want to register their complaint, to please mention my name specifically so other doctors who are extremely punctual are not looked at with the same eyes/views. I have been attending this practice since it opened. The team there have been exceptional, with special mention to Dr Asma, who actually listens and cares. Dr Asma goes above and beyond for her patients and am privileged to see her for my health concerns. Another mention is Dr Samra and Dr Nehar (i am sorry if I spelt that wrong), they are both caring GP's. We are lucky to have such an amazing practice in our township
APPALLING PRACTICE!! Don't bother, and go elsewhere!!! Twice this week I have booked telehealth appointments - the first time, I had to call and follow up as to what was happening because I was still waiting for a call 2 hours after my booking time. The second appointment I had to follow up again, then to receive a call 3 hours late and to be left a message and be told that they couldn't follow through with my telehealth because I haven't been to the clinic in 12 months, and that it would need to be a private consultation. Pretty used to my doctor running late but when you have booked the first appointment for the day and get called twice to come later, then get there 15 minutes early to be told someone with a later appointment beat you there so they get to go first is very frustrating. I guess next time I’ll just have to wait the two hours in the surgery to be seen first.
On several occasions I have had the miss pleasure of attending this 'Practice' and its alwys the same. This is the worst run Practice I have ever experienced. While it isn't the receptionists fault the Dr is running over 1.5 hrs behind, it is their fault that they make no effort to inform patients before hand and simply expect to you to sit around and wait.
