We are very happy with the practice overall. We have been taking our kids to Dr. Lakmini for many years, and she has always been friendly, caring, and professional. Highly recommended.
Some nurses and receptionists are very rude. They don’t respect us and I could feel they are annoyed with something all the time. Their attitude towards us was not professional.
I changed from another GP in the area to this practice. I have been seeing to gp's from this practice and so far they have been amazing. Really listen to your concerns and help.
Waiting times are a joke!
Very disappointed with the waiting time. I had an appointment scheduled beforehand but I had to wait for nearly an hour to see the doctor. Edit - since my previous review I changed my rating now to a 5 star. The 5 minute waiting time was clearly communicated by the receptionist. I can honestly say that the communication has improved significantly regarding waiting times. Thank you for addressing my prior review.
