Very disappointed with the waiting time. I had an appointment scheduled beforehand but I had to wait for nearly an hour to see the doctor.
Clinic's good, but I always wait about 40 minutes even with an appointment. But if you can book with Dr. Melody, she's amazing and efficient, which is why I still go there.
First time using my Medicare and I had a great experience here. I’m from Ipswich but travelled to this clinic to see a specific GP (Filipino GP). Booking online was easy, check-in was smooth, and I was seen right on time. The receptionist was lovely and very accommodating. The clinic itself was clean and well maintained. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The doctor that i go to for my family is amazing, however the receptionist are rude and have a bad attitude. If you dont like your job then get a new one, simple.
