I called with not knowing what was wrong with my car. Shanty was patient, and help me understand what was wrong with my vehicle.. and gave me an idea of costs over the phone. Was up front with costs he was on site just after lunch time, replaced the battery.. answered my questions about various options to consider. I really appreciated his help and quickly came to the rescue. thanks Shanty.
