Previously changed out my ambient (outside) temperature air sensor due to me having no ac . They fixed my ac problem but my car was having issues still with it reading very high outside temperature when my car accelerated(ex would go from reading 85 Degrees outside to 140F in seconds when driving). I need to express my utmost gratitude to : Joshua Waid /service advisor. Yesterday 9/11 , I came in with headlight out issue on my Volvo . He took the time to listened. He checked into the repair time and cost. I waited hoping for a "deal" . To my utter surprise , he returned to tell me " the repair is done!! I'm ready to go! There is NO COST" !! SERIOUSLY? They were very nice , they charge me $222 yesterday just to check my car and tell me what is wrong with it . As a full time grad student that was just very highly for me my heart almost stopped . They are just 2 extensive for me !
My Mechanic is the best! They take really good care of me. Being elderly, they are always there for me and are always kind and fair. I highly recommend them! Joshua is awesome! He deserves a big raise! He is polite, caring ang always willing to go the extra mile!
