I highly recommend this place! Greg has extensive knowledge and doesn’t try to overcharge you like other places. He has great communication and doesn’t attempt to upsell you on nonsense. I will be coming back here for my future repairs.

Brought my van in because it had a very bad vibration was told it was a motor mount and was charged 189.00. I called him back and said my van was still vibrating very bad and his response was" well there are 4 more I only replaced one." I had them done today and there are only three and all three were originals so he took advantage of me. Shame on you! I bought all three for less than 189.00 and my friend put them on on the side of the road, now my van purrs like a kitten. Another lesson I didnt need to learn!

Greg is unmatched. We had been dealing with utter madness for 3 weeks from My auto works and Greg solved our problem in a day at literally a third of the price. He’s honest, extremely reasonable, and is what you want in a mechanic. Corny as it’s going to sound, make sure to choose the right MY in Ridgefield. IE MY mechanic, not MY auto works. :)

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We had a great mechanic when we lived in Salem and had the most trust and belief in him. He had his own set up and was not a slave to any franchise or corporation and passed those savings to his clients. It took a while to find Greg when we moved to Ridgefield but we immediately felt he was of the same cloth........highly skilled, fair pricing, and above all, honest and forthcoming. Rare find indeed. He is a busy guy but well worth any wait you may have.
