These are some of the best people I've worked with. Was buying a car from out of state and I had them do the inspection. When the car arrived, it was in such bad shape that they could tell that I wouldn't want it. Instead of charging me and doing the inspection, they called me, informed me of the condition, and refused to accept payment for it. Many dealers would have taken the money, but they did the right thing even though they didn't have to. The are incredible.
This place is not honest about pricing. The cost fluctuates based on what you know. Make sure to check out other shops first. I trusted the reviews here and didn’t negotiate much, but I later realized that I was super overcharged Additionally, they charged me nearly $186 just for an inspection and only confirmed the exact issue I had already identified—a power steering pump leak. Kyle and his team were great! I was in a jam for getting my truck repaired and they went above and beyond in getting me back on the road in time for my trip. After meeting Kyle I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else!
My Cat Shop always does a great job!
I always do my research when it comes to auto mechanics, and this company’s reviews really stood out to me. When I called, they told me to bring my car in the next morning at 8 AM. I arrived at 7:46 AM and was immediately greeted outside and welcomed in—despite the fact that they didn’t officially open until 8 AM.
