I took my truck in for repairs a few weeks ago. The mechanic assigned to my truck had an emergency and could no longer do the work. A young mechanic named Tai then took over for me. He communicated with me along each step of the way (frankly he was the only one who reached out at all and didn’t just leave me hanging…) and performed good work. My truck is doing well now. I am happy with Tai, HIS thoughtfulness and willingness to communicate and HIS work.
