Very happy with the service at My Mechanic. My car required a repair in order to get a road worthy certificate and they were able to get my car in on the same day I called them to have it done. Very quick service and turn around. Also the cheapest quote I received after making many calls. They even went above and beyond and dropped my car back to VIA to have the roadworthy certificate done before calling me to come collect. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
I feel they were slightly dishonest with me. It's my fault for being an idiot, but I was going through a lot at the time. I told them I do my own oil changes so not to worry about that, and they said they may as well do it because they would already have my car lifted so makes more sense to do it that way. It was said in a way that made it sound like there would be no / only a small additional cost, but no it was charged normally. I should have done it myself after all. The owner's name is Tek and he is very helpful. He explained everything upfront even when it was my first time coming to his shop. He also has good hospitality. Totally recommended him as your mechanic or mechanic consultant since it is hard to find an honest mechanic around here!! Thank you Tek!!
Great place! They explained the problems with my car clearly, fully and patiently. Very good prices, carried out the work quickly and asked permission and gave price estimates before carrying out any extra work. Really top-notch professional garage, highly recommended.
