My Mechanic did a great job with my BMW. My bmw had a check engine light so I brought it into My Mechanic. They diagnosed the issue which took some time due to my car having a few issues that were creating the check engine light. They returned the car and unfortunately the light came back on. My mechanic took the car back and continued to fix the issue until everything was resolved. They communicated with me along the process and were incredibly helpful. Kevin and Drake explain the photos and recommendations made so well and partner with me in deciding on priorities for safety and longevity of the car. Their pricing is clearly explained and they are always kind and friendly. I highly recommend My Mechanic.
We continue to bring all 5 of our cars to My Mechanic and have had amazing service, honesty and quality of workmanship for all levels of service...oil changes, AC, spark plugs, brakes, shocks, tires and radiator replacement. One of their best offerings is they provide an amazing free diagnostic report every time you bring your car in for service. The dealers typically charge $100+ for that. Mike, his son Nick and team are all great to work with and highly recommend their shop!
My Mechanic is reliable and efficient. We're so lucky to have them in our town. It's a clean, friendly environment and always easy to connect with the owners over issues that come up with our cars.
