Matt and Shaun is the best and very understanding person
FAMILY OF OWNERS AND EVEN I GOT SCAMMED BY THEM Got a timing chain R&R, also a Power steering R&R. Both repairs failed (they blamed it on 'faulty parts over Covid' when I first inquired, but I am being told they used OLD PARTS instead of the new ones they ordered) and I'm looking at almost $5k in repairs or finding a new vehicle. We have used this shop religiously for a couple of years and definitely is not the same as in the beginning. Always trusted the work- the past several times our vehicle needed to immediately go back due to not being put together correct. There were several occasions for this matter. Once a belt blew and they rushed getting it back together- not doing it correct- the belt they JUST replaced we had to fix and take it back so they could adjust the pully a worker did not put on correctly.
