Great service from My Mechanic I'm from Walla Walla, WA and my car broke down in Klamath Falls right near My Mechanic. They were wonderfully friendly and expedient with fixing the car. The fix was temporary to get me home to my own mechanic. I couldn't have asked for better service on my 1998 VW Passat.
They got it right, and fast! I brought them my SUV after the salesman I bought from recommended them.
My Mechanic :( Worst EVER!! I am fairly new to the Klamath area and when my car broke down i wasnt sure where to take it. A shop known as My Mechanic was located very close to my house so i sent my car them. What a mistake. First i called the mechanic to inform them that a tow truck would be bringing my 2002 VW beetle to them. They suggested a towing company and explained that if i used that company than i would get a discount. Worse than No-fix I took them my truck for other work and told them while it was in to give it a tune-up. The truck had to be returned for all the repairs not done right the first time, then was subsequently taken to another mechanic (another waste of time) when it wasn't fixed after the second attempt. The truck is now dangerous to operate and "My Mechanic" will not be again.
