Ripoff. Greedy. Distrusting owner.
A friend brought her 99 Camry in for a smog - with the check engine light on - and they smogged it anyway and of course it failed. A vehicle will NEVER PASS Smog with the check engine light on. They put a bogus disclaimer on her paperwork that said she new it would fail and wanted it to fail for DMV purposes. This place is SOOOOOOOOO Dishonest !!!!!!!! Someone should report them to the Bureau of Automotive Repair. What a Joke This Place is !!
LIAR AND A CROOK!! – The Owner, Brett Yehling, is a liar and a crook. Took my car in for an oil change and he convinced me to get other items replaced., i,e, timing belt,etc. Well short story, they installed the timing belt incorrectly which caused the belt to shred and cause serious damage to my engine. They tried (if you want to call it that) to repair the engine the best they could - but to no avail. good honest nice mechanic – owner was supper nice and relaxed. smog check was only 39 dollars so i don't know what that guy is talking about. he had it done in no time. later i had a problem with my car and they diagnosed it for me. he was totally upfront about the price. checking it out took less time than he thought so he only charged me half what he quoted me. i was blown away. i expected to pay what he quoted me. i have never had a mechanic tell me to pay less than i agreed to. nice to finally find a place where i don't ... read more
