I reached out to My Mate Movers via their online quote form and followed up with a detailed email outlining my move — including dates, truck size, packing needs, and billing preferences. After no response, I resorted to texting. Even then, despite offering to resend my full details, I received a generic quote with no engagement or acknowledgement of my prior communication.
