My Mama Said is easily the most joyful, supportive, and fun barre, pilates and yoga studio I've been to! Lisa, Bec, Georgia and team are so creative and talented, they're exceptional teachers who share so much knowledge while motivating you through vibrant and challenging classes. Such inspiring women! My mama said is the best studio I’ve ever been to! And I’ve travelled a lot and been to a lot of studios. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, my favourite classes were sculpt with Georgia and Vibe with Lisa they were challenging but so fun and made me feel amazing after! I put off trying out My Mama Said for years because it was a 15 minute drive away. Now I have joined I’m like ‘why didn’t I join years ago - I’d drive twice the distance for this!!!’ The whole My Mama Said experience, from the restrooms to the soundtracks that accompany the classes, which change emphasis each week, so a different part of your body is worked in a new way. Over 18 months ago, I nervously walked into my first “My Mama Said” yoga class. I was welcomed into a warm, friendly, and incredibly supportive space. Every instructor is so caring and generous with their knowledge and experience. I’m truly grateful to have this amazing team of women in my life to learn from, laugh with and become a stronger and more relaxed version of myself 🤗
