My Mama Said is an amazing studio, staff are super friendly, classes are amazing, and so much variety, you are bound to find something you enjoy. Its a wonderful environment you want to come into everyday and have the best workout, i love this studio.
I've attended yoga, pilates and barre classes in their studios in Seddon and Williamstown, and a couple of special events (Sound Bath & Women's Circle) and so far my experience has been great. Over the last week I've done four different classes with four different instructors. As an instructor and business owner myself I definitely critique others and my gosh My Mama Said is one of the best places I have been to after ten years in the industry. The four amazing women who ran the classes - Carmel (reformer), Bec (elevate), Virginia (reformer), and Georgia (barre) were industry standouts.
