My local vet are the best vets in Brisbane we called them for a priority booking for my dog bitty and they got us to come in within 10 minutes of calling. Doctor Sam and his team was very kind and informative throughout my pups whole procedure, doctor sam stayed after closing to preform the procedure and ensure his health was stable even when he didn’t have to and could of sent us to a different vet he stayed. they gave us very reasonable great pricing for the procedure as well, doctor Sam even Took time out of his day to ca... read more
A sudden loss of our beautiful cat, was such a shock to my family. We took him to my local vet for cremation collection. The team were Very supportive and empathetic at our loss. Their ongoing support and love was represented by hand delivered flowers and a hand written card. This gesture was so thoughtful and meant so much to me and showed how much they cared for our little guy. I give a 10/10 rating to my local vet , I cannot fault them for their service.
We had taken our Tilly to My Local Vet for her puppy vaccinations and the team was so warm, professional, and caring. But today, they went above and beyond. Tilly decided to play with a bee and had a scary anaphylactic reaction. I called hoping for an urgent appointment and got a voicemail saying the team was in training, but to come straight in for emergencies.
