I recently saw Ben for help with a back problem. I had earlier been through a program of treatment for an injured shoulder, which was really successful. He has a good patter! - very informative and helpful, and he's also a good listener. Highly recommended.
I do twice weekly EP sessions with Chris at Benefitness and have noticed a huge difference in my strength, fitness & muscle tone since I started just over 2 years ago. Each session is different and we even do boxing in our Friday session. I can't believe how much my overall health has improved from my workouts.
