I had a one-hour remedial massage session this morning and had an absolutely amazing experience. My massage therapist, Jacky, was exceptional—very professional, knowledgeable and attentive throughout the entire session. She focused carefully on the areas that needed attention and made sure the pressure was comfortable. I felt so much more relaxed and relieved afterwards. Honestly, one of the best remedial massages I’ve ever had. I highly recommend My Local Physio Plus, especially Jacky. I will definitely be coming back!
Very happy with my whole experience at My Local Physio Plus. I saw Exercise Physiologist Seb who was thorough, warm and friendly and provided a detailed assessment and exercise program plus follow up. Reception staff are welcoming also.
Excellent
Being a sceptic of Physio's and Dr Sohail talking me into trying one again, I am amazed that this time I felt instant relief with the pain in my leg from day one.
