Called and spoke with Adam, the owner. He was informative and nice, but he never followed up to the point of actually doing an onsite walk through and estimate. When I called, he said he would be in touch. A bit over a week later, he sent a text at about midnight asking if we still needed an estimate, and if so, he could come out the next day. We agreed on a Saturday visit. Several hours into Saturday, I ask if he knows when he will be out, and says he isn't sure, and if he can't make it today, he could tomorrow (Sunday). I ... read more
