I seriously love My Little Children!! I love trading clothes and toys that my girls have grown out of for new items. There is always such a great and high quality selection. Plus they have a monthly quarter sale!! You can't beat that! We go regularly as they are always taking in new items. I will recommend My Little Children over and over. They will not disappoint!
I love these stores. People are very kind and helpful. But the really annoying thing is they say you can get cash for things, yet when I have brought items in on multiple occasions, was not allowed to get cash, only credit. I brought the items into the store on Coburg road so one store may do credit, one may do cash but I think that makes no sense and they need to post that somewhere so people know. Great business and deals. Love the customer service and weekly give aways and monthly sales.
The clothing is mostly heavily worn and sold at high prices for used clothes. They will only give you 40% in store credit for the price they sell the clothes for, and any new products are incredibly expensive. On top of that, their return policy is horrendous. It’s 7 days with receipt and original tags or you’re SOL. Clearly the owner of this shop is not aware that, in retail, the customer is their most important asset. I really enjoyed shopping here. The store had a fantastic selection and the staff was very professional and friendly. The owner is a very wonderful and generous person. I highly recommend you check it out and shop local!
