The drivers were on time and very courteous!! 5 star.
I used MyLimo to send my son and his cousins to NYC to see a show. My husband is bedbound, and I couldn’t drive them so I decided to get a car service because it would make me feel better than having them take a train late on the way home. Easy to book. Always communicates by email and text. Drivers are professional and cars are very clean. No complaints.
Great Company
At least one of their drivers needs an attitude check. Gives the groom at a wedding pickup a hard time about the departure time even though it’s clearly stated we’re trying to get people out and onto the bus. Needed an ok from the contact to leave the hotel pickup, but conveniently didn’t need that same green light when leaving the wedding venue. And when you complain about this, they’ll give you some b.s. excuse about hours behind the wheel. They’re not great.
