Who ever is I spoke to, maybe Michael, on behalf of my son who has autism was extremely unhelpful. I don't think he understood what autism actually is. So, he wanted to speak to my son personally who would have lost his temper and hung up on him. I found his attitude to be rude and blunt. Even stating saying that we didn't have long until the court date. Which would have put more pressure on my son who's under enough pressure as it is.
