EDIT: It has been several months, never heard anything else from this company. They seem to be out of buisness or just abandoned their residential clients. Looks like they are either blocking people who leave negative reviews on their Facebook page or shut it down. Unfortunately, they have ghosted me for 5 weeks at the time of my review to the point that my yard is very over grown (frequency is supposed to be every other week, especially this time of year).
