I recently purchased my first hifi system from John. Being very new to the hobby, John was really helpful in explain everything a lot. There was never any pressure to buy, but when I was ready, he was very helpful in putting together a good system for my needs at the budget provided and included the delivery and helped me set it up. I will definitely be going back when it comes to adding and/or upgrading components.
This hidden Audio Shop in the heart of Toronto is worth visiting. I brought my REGA P10 for fine tuning. The result is outstanding - I am now hearing instruments that never existed on my previous setup. John you are one of a kind plus with a big heart.
John is "My Kind Of Music" expert. He can put together a sound system from the ground up or mindfully tweak an existing system all with the intention of creating a system that is fully integrated. At the very least visit My kInd Of Music to hear great music played on fantastic HiFi ,have an espresso and talk audio with John... you won't be disappointed!
Great experience with John at My Kind of Music. First off, the sales experience nearly a year ago was really enjoyable. I spent the better part of a day at the store. We talked music, audio and life over an espresso. I was comfortable I was at the right place and purchased a turntable then and there. I have/had great confidence in the setup of the table. Fast forward eleven months later and I had a minor issue with my turntable (broken belt) which John took care of quickly and now I'm back up and running again. So, excellent... read more
