Great customer service! I ordered vanities for three bathrooms. Ginni and Sanjay were so great to deal with. They genuinely seemed to care for their customers. All three vanities were very good quality and the delivery was within our timeline. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality products.
This store is a hidden gem! We bought two vanities and a shower door for our bathrooms and are so happy with the quality. Gini was super helpful and accommodating. Their customer service was excellent and they made sure we were happy with the products we bought. I definitely recommend them.
See pictures attached. The item arrived and we didn't get to opening it for a period of time due to unforseen circumstances. As soon as I opened it, there was obvious damage from the strap being tightened too much. I was told since it was not reported within 48hrs or noted on the waybill as soon as it was delivered (which is not possible because they dropped it in my garbage and left before I could say anything) I was not eligible for a partial refund or even the shipping to be returned.
