Terrible service, very high prices, and poor support. Will never go back. Outrageous.
Dr. Sacha was an absolute blessing. She didn’t mind answering all of our questions, including our 9 year old, that has many questions and needs to understand the why of everything. She was so good with our daughter, who is quite anxious with dentistry. Dr. Sacha comes into the waiting room before your appt and that really helped our daughter tremendously.The entire staff was precious! You usually find one or the other- a great dentist or friendly front desk. At this location, they have both.
Went to an appointment once and apparently it got canceled and didnt let me know , then went in for my 3rd appointment to get my daughter braces on and they lost the mold and didnt let me know until I got there for my appointment. Seems like they were treated me like I didnt have the money to pay for braces but I did . By far the worst experience and the customer service wasnt good as well. I'm taking my money somewhere else where they won't lose the molds for my child.
