This place is absolutely the best! Had a repair and it was beautifully done.
Went in today to get my permanent bracelet put back on after it broke, getting it put back on was quick and painless. Thank you Joe for putting it back on for me. I would highly recommend going to my jeweler to get your permanent jewelry put back on.
Joe always goes above and beyond when helping us. He not only took the time to help us find what we wanted, he is also helping us save parts of our original piece in unique ways.
I went into the store to have one ring sized and one cleaned. April 14, 2026. I waited patiently, but no one acknowledged me or said, we will be with you soon. Very disappointed. Won't go back.
