Had a ring fixed that I had bought somewhere else. The stone had fallen out. It’s perfect and beautiful! They followed up with questions during the process, which I appreciated!

I chose My Jeweler because of the good reviews. I had to have a ring cut off my finger because of a wasp sting and immediate swelling. When I took the ring to My Jeweler they asked if the ring had fit before being cut off. I said yes. They did not take a measurement of my finger. When I received the ring back from them it was now too tight. Said there was not anything they could do about it. Was very disappointed in the service I received.
