I went to this shop a few weeks ago with my new cell phone and a few questions. I generally am hesitant to approach tech repair guys because I guess at my age (84) I'm not taken seriously and/or am asked to make an appt. But one of the guys (Travis) surprised me and not only took the time to explain some of the features but fixed a couple problems I was having.
