Quite possibly the most disorganized office I've ever dealt with. (1) I was threatened with having the loan buy their own insurance policy because My Insurance Office never sent them the renewal information. (2) When I sold the house in Grants Pass I notified my insurance office that I had sold the house. I never got a refund even though I called them multiple times about this.
