Apparently went out of business or moved with no notice. Our policies were allowed to expire, we weren't assigned a new broker, and another business has taken up space in the unit. Phone rings once then disconnects. We never received anything in the mail, and we had no idea that we were driving for an entire month with no insurance. Our home was bundled with the autos, and we had no homeowners coverage either. A complete nightmare.

This insurance company is horrible. They don’t complete their administrative tasks and it impacts the customer who has to take the hit for incompetence. You call 1-800 number and head office and nobody can resolve your issue. They never return calls. Stay far away from Danny F and this insurance company.
